Situated on a quiet residential street in Oshawa, this bungalow is over 70 years old and has a total area of just under 700 square feet. After many years of being rented, the house had lost its vibrancy due to neglect and a lack of updates.

The entire house required urgent transformation to meet basic living standards. Our priority was to restore the functionality of each room and bring back the charm of this small bungalow.
